Unlike large conferences, RefuelHER Wellness Experience offers an intentionally intimate format where each woman rotates through four small-group workshops of only 7-8 participants. This ensures meaningful interaction, personalized attention, and genuine connection.

Movement can be healing, strengthening, and empowering when it’s done with intentionnot pressure. Led by Nikita “Coach Niki” Wilburn, MS, RN, BSN, OCN, CHC, CPT, this interactive workshop helps women reconnect with their bodies through simple, approachable movement and realistic fitness guidance for real-life schedules.

You’ll learn practical ways to stay active whether you’re at the gym or at home, along with foundational nutrition tips that support energy, confidence, and overall wellness. Coach Niki will guide you through a gentle, accessible workout with modifications for all fitness levelsperfect for working moms, busy professionals, and anyone looking to feel better in their body.

Led by Na’Kedra Rodgers, this uplifting and faith-filled workshop invites women to rediscover the power of believing beyond what they can see. Faith is what we hope for and trust is on the wayeven when we don’t have physical evidence. Because none of us can predict the future, faith becomes the center of how we move, make decisions, and stay grounded.

In this encouraging session, we’ll talk honestly about self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and how our own viewpoint can shape what we expect from our lives. You’ll learn how shifting your mindset from “I think it can happen for me” to “It will happen for me” can change not only your perspective, but also your outcomes.

Through reflection, scripture, and practical faith-based tools, you’ll explore how to strengthen your spiritual foundation, build confidence in your God-given identity, and take meaningful steps toward what God is calling you to do.

Owner of Serene Path Counseling & Wellness and author, Quinnise Pettway is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Counseling from Howard University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. She specializes in supporting women at all stages of life who seek a safe, nurturing environment to process challenges and shift from overwhelm to peace, purpose, and renewed strength through individual therapy, group therapy, and wellness experiences.

Across her 18-year career, Quinnise has worked in hospitals, colleges, outpatient clinics, and private practices—helping women move from merely surviving to truly thriving through compassionate, person-centered care.

In addition to her counseling work, she is the author of A Glimpse of Our Father: Lessons Parenthood Reveals for All of God’s Children and leads a small group, Gathering for a Glimpse, where she guides women through deeper exploration of identity, faith, and the heart of the Heavenly Father.

Quinnise believes deeply that asking for help is a sign of strength, that human connection is essential, and that our thoughts hold transformative power. These principles guide her therapeutic approach as she walks alongside women with gentleness, clarity, and confidence on their journey toward emotional healing and inner renewal.

Dr. Sarah Ashitey, Wellness Director at Elevate Therapeutics & Wellness Center, is a board-certified family physician and certified life and health coach dedicated to helping high-achieving women reclaim their energy, clarity, and joy. Through her compassionate blend of medical insight and whole-person coaching, she empowers women to understand their bodies, regulate stress, and live with intentional wellbeing. Her passion is helping women move beyond survival mode and into purpose-driven, joy-filled living.

She earned her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center and completed her residency at John Peter Smith Hospital. As founder of Fuller Living, The Coaching Co., and host of the Fuller Living Podcast, Dr. Ashitey shares practical, mindset-shifting tools that make wellness achievable. A sought-after international speaker, she has led executive wellness workshops, served on public health councils for the City of Dallas and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and is recognized as a Top Doctor in Dallas. Dr. Ashitey currently sees patients at Southwest Family Medicine in Dallas, Texas.

Nikita “Coach Niki” Wilburn is the CEO of Burn with Niki LLC and co-owner of Redeem Fitness LLC in DeSoto, Texas, where she helps women build strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness habits. With over 18 years in healthcare, she began her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 2006, became a Registered Nurse in 2014, and later specialized as a Certified Oncology Nurse. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition from Lamar University.

Driven by a holistic approach to health, Nikita is an ACE Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Cancer Exercise Specialist. She is also the author of Mind What Matters: A 21-Day Self-Care Journey to Wellness, equipping women with practical, intentional habits for body and mind.

Her own wellness transformation—including stepping into her first bodybuilding competition at age 47—is a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to evolve, strengthen, or begin again. Through science-backed principles and compassionate coaching, Coach Niki empowers women to honor their bodies through mindful movement, balanced nutrition, and lifelong wellness.

Na’Kedra Rodgers is a Christian Motivational Speaker, Author, and Transformation Coach known for her radiant joy, spiritual depth, and heartfelt encouragement. She inspires women to rediscover their identity in God, strengthen their faith, and walk boldly in their God-designed purpose.

She is the author of Kneeling Earnestly for Transformation and creator of the Transformation: Ready, Set, Glow Conference. She also leads Optimistically Mommy and Me Mondays, offering faith-centered support for mothers navigating life’s ups and downs.

A graduate of Christian Communicators, Na’Kedra has been honored with the 2024 NCTRCA Outstanding Women’s Business Enterprise Award and the 2025 Epsilon Tau Iota Phi Lambda Business Sorority recognition. She is active in Redbud Writers Guild, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – Fort Worth Metro, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
